US announced electronics ban on flights from Egypt

The Department Of Homeland Security (DHS) in The United States Of America has banned large electronic devices from cabin baggage on passenger flights coming from 8 countries, all of the 8 countries are with Muslim majority, including Egypt.

why did (DHS) announce electronics ban?

The Department Of Homeland Security said that the terrorists have were seeking “innovative methods” to get bombs on air planes,  and they can use laptops, tablets, cameras, DVD players and electronic games to hide bombs.

who will get effected with the electronics ban?

The Department Of Homeland Security decision of banning electronics on planes will affect Egypt Air, Royal Jordanian, Turkish Airlines, Saudi Arabian Airlines, Etihad Airways, Emirates, Royal Air Maroc, Kuwait Airways.

how long will electronics ban will last?

The electronics ban will take place at 07:00 GMT on Tuesday, and had no end date, so from that date the passengers will not be allowed to have devices bigger than a mobile phone or smartphone in cabins.
