How I got my website ban from Google search revoked

I would like to share how I got revoked ban from Google search, I got banned on 4 April 2014 for keyword stuffing, sure I was desperate and was seeking every way to got the ban removed (revoked), at that time I heard some “Myths”, I heard from a lot of people do not get revoked, or even the reconsideration request is read by Google team, however from my experience, they really do read every request (below is me advice for any request), and indeed it is better for your website.
At first I superficially searched for posts that may had keyword stuffing, found 2-3 others, after that I made the following:

1- We found that some users did use keyword stuffing to get higher rankings for highly competitive keywords, we used Bing.com and our internal search to find results on nmisr.com for words we ranked high on Google (using spread sheets for search queries in Google Webmaster tools), it was shocking that we found a lot of stuffing in our forums, in fact threads which had keyword stuffing ranked higher in Bing, hence now we know how relevant was the ban for nmisr.com (ironically we found that keyword stuffing threads ranked higher in bing than our own other threads that had more valuable content but no stuffing!)
2- According to our approximate estimates, we edited about 200 Article, deleted more than 350.
3- Users who used keyword stuffing were either banned, or notified (notification was for 4 members who were in fact moderators! and  had no idea about some Google quality guidelines for content.
4- Moderators now are having a course regarding Google quality guidelines, new moderators will be tested for awareness of these rules.
5- We also found in webmaster tools 2 pages with male-ware content, be sure you did not only fix your site for the specific violation but for all the guidelines.
6- We disabled the usage of tags, that were misused by some users, and also we found that they had little value for visitors with the presence of categories that are well organized.

I got my ban removed (revoked) after 17 days.

For any reconsideration request I recommend the following:

1- Carefully read your violation, and make sure you exactly know what went wrong.
2- WAIT until you make sure you deeply searched for the violation in your site, be creative, nothing is impossible anyhow is your site big.
3- Search your website for other violations that are not the one mentioned in the manual action report, make sure also you fix that, for example remove any male-ware you have if any is present.
4- Explain in details what you did to completely remove the violation or any other violation and what methods you developed to prevent that in the future.
5- Be reasonable and make sure that the manual action would never have been taken unless your site is really in violation.
6- Submit your request only if you are sure 100% that your site is no more in violation for google quality guidelines for content.
Finally, wait for response, the response usually is from 2 weeks to one month, recently it is very rare that the waiting period exceeds 3 weeks, Google recently developed their support, even getting about 5000 reconsideration requests per week!
